Why 50+ Friday Fit Club?

I would like you all to understand why the 50+ Friday Fit Club is important to me, so please have a look at this video!

What you eat everyday is absolutely the most important factor for good health and weight management. However, daily activity also plays an important role.

Not just set exercise like going to the gym or playing sport. Incidental activity counts too; playing with your kids, walking to the shops or up and down the stairs at work, etc.
