If you’re going to stick with a healthy eating plan, I believe you need to incorporate foods you like (not just what you should eat).

Who it isn’t for
I want you to know exactly what you’re getting – this is not a set plan with strict rules for you to follow. So if that’s what you’re looking for, my planner isn’t for you.
