Refined sugar free and oh, so delish!

These 3 brekkie bowls are perfectly suited to Summer.

If you know anything about me by now, you know that breakfast is my favourite meal and that I absolutely loooove a good brekkie bowl or smoothie bowl.

I mean, what’s not to love? They’re delicious and nutritious. They fill you up, keep you satisfied until lunchtime and keep those nasty sugar cravings at bay.

Why not make a different one every day, using fresh seasonal fruits?

Wendy's Way No Blender Bowl
No Blender Required Bowl

Ingredients
  1. 3-4 dessert spoons of plain Greek or Natural Yoghurt
  2. 1 teaspoon of raw honey
Optional
  1. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  2. 1 spoon of flax or chia seeds
Toppings
  1. Your choice of nuts
  2. Sesame seeds
  3. Pumpkin seeds
  4. Your choice of fresh fruit
Instructions
  1. Spoon the yoghurt into your bowl and stir in the honey.
  2. Mix in protein powder, if required.
  3. Sprinkle over the nuts and seeds.
  4. Add fresh fruit and you're good to go!
Notes
  1. This bowl only takes a few minutes to make and you don't need a blender.

Ingredients
  1. 2-3 dessert spoons of Greek yoghurt
  2. splash of milk
  3. ⅓ cup of oats
  4. ½ banana
  5. ¼ cup of blueberries
  6. ¼ cup of raspberries
  7. 1 tablespoon of Acai powder
  8. 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Toppings
  1. Pomegranate seeds, dried mango chunks, walnuts
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on the toppings.
Notes
  1. Swap the oats for 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flax if needed.
  2. You could use Goji berries instead of pomegranate. Fresh mango instead of dried would be fine too. And of course, use other nuts if you prefer.

Ingredients
  1. 2-3 dessertspoons plain Greek or natural yoghurt
  2. 1/3 small tin coconut milk
  3. 1/2 fresh mango
  4. 3-4 frozen strawberries
  5. 1-2 spoons flaxseed, protein powder or oats
Toppings
  1. Sprinkle over pumpkin & sesame seeds, Goji berries, shaved coconut, chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on the toppings.
Notes
  1. Try using watermelon instead of mango.
