I've tried meal planning in the past, but I've never really stuck with it. How are these recipe packs different?

The recipes and meal plans in my recipe packs have loads of inbuilt flexibility, so you can customise them as much or as little as you like. Swap out recipe ingredients you don’t like, swap meals from week to week, whatever you need to suit your lifestyle and your tastes.

“But what if I don’t have time?” I hear you say. Well, I’ve got you covered when you’re extra busy too – just follow the plans as they are. The shopping lists are already done, so you just have to shop, prep and cook.

What happens if I get bored after a while?

Oooh, great question! And that’s why I created the Online Healthy Recipe Club. If you get bored after eating the same meals for a while, you need to check out the Recipe Club.

What kind of recipes will I get? Are they just for dinner?

The 5-Ingredient pack, and the High Protein pack have a selection of recipes for all meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and everything in between.

The difference being the 5-Ingredient pack recipes are based around 5 ingredients, and the High Protein pack recipes are all high in protein.

The Desserts & Snacks pack has a variety of sweet and savoury dessert and snack recipes, made with nutritious ingredients.

Are the recipe ingredients expensive? I usually spend a lot of money on groceries when I'm on a diet.

First of all, this isn’t a diet! This is regular food that you’ll eat all the time. And making these recipes is definitely not expensive. The meals in my recipe packs are made using everyday ingredients you can buy at most supermarkets. In fact, you’ll probably save money when you follow the weekly plans by only buying what you need.

Will my family like the food, or will I have to cook separate meals?

The recipes are all delicious “regular” healthy meals. They don’t have any weird or unusual ingredients, or require you to eat according to specific calorie limits or time frames. The whole family can enjoy nutritious meals together at regular mealtimes.

What about leftovers?

My recipes and meal plans are designed to make use of leftovers. Some of the recipes make it easy to meal prep in real-time. So you make a double quantity, then keep the leftovers as a freezer meal for another day, or take them to work the next day for lunch.

I'm gluten/lactose intolerant. Can I follow these meal plans?

Yes, you can! Every recipe has a nutrition information panel with macro breakdowns and a key showing if they contain gluten, dairy or nuts. If you have a particular sensitivity and you’re not sure about one of the recipes, you can always reach out and ask for help with substitutions.
