POMEGRANATE ACAI BREKKIE BOWL

Banana, berries and acai are the delicious mix in this brekkie bowl. Topped with pomegranate, mango, nuts & seeds.

Ingredients

  • 3 dessert spoons Greek yoghurt
  • splash milk
  • cup oats
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp acai powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Toppings

  • Pomegranate seeds, dried mango chunks, walnuts

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on the toppings.

Notes

Swap the oats for 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flax if needed.
 
You could use Goji berries instead of pomegranate. Fresh mango instead of dried would be fine too.
 
And of course, use other nuts if you prefer.
