2scoopsplain protein powder, with 4 tbsp cacao powder
½cupplain Greek yoghurt, cream or coconut cream
1tbsppeanut butter
⅔cupmilk of your choice
1tbsphoney or pure maple syrup
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and fully mixed.
You can make these popsicles by hand if you don't have a blender. Just mash the bananas first, in a large bowl, then add the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds, and place in the freezer to set, at least 3-4 hours, or overnight.
Run frozen popsicles under hot water for a few seconds to remove from moulds.
Notes
Chocolate protein powder makes the popsicles extra chocolately, but don't worry if you don't have any, use plain or vanilla and double the amount of cacao powder.Greek yoghurt gives the popsicles a bit of tang, so use cream or coconut cream if you want sweeter popsicles. To remove popsicles from moulds, run under warm-hot water for a few secs.
