'Nice cream' is quick and easy to make and a lot better for you than the stuff you buy! Keep some frozen bananas on hand in the freezer so you can whip some up whenever you get that craving.

  • 2 frozen bananas, pre cut into chunks
  • 1 mango, diced and frozen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • cup cold coconut milk


  • Simply place all of your ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Divide between two bowls and enjoy!


This recipe makes enough for two people.
You do need to plan ahead by freezing the bananas and mango and just in case it's not obvious - peel and chop the bananas and dice the mango before putting them in the freezer!
