I made some good choices today. I ordered a small meal, I had a wrap, I ordered water instead of a milkshake. And, I didn’t order an ice-cream.
 
I also packed for my day trip carrot and cucumber sticks with hummus to eat on the journey. So I am feeling very proud of my choices and how I handled the day.
 
Oh I also stopped in to get fuel twice and no chocolate bar jumped in my hand – another plus for me. Overall, a good day of good choices.
