A creamy strawberry mango smoothie bowl made with Greek yoghurt, coconut milk and oats, then finished with a colourful mix of seeds, berries, coconut and nuts.

coconut milk

fresh mango
2-3
frozen strawberries

cup
rolled oats
Toppings
Pumpkin & sesame seeds, Goji berries, shaved coconut, chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on the toppings.
Notes
For an even more refreshing bowl, try watermelon instead of mango.
