I was fortunate enough to be part of the first round of The Midlife Mojo Reset, inside the Better than Ever Collective.

I picked 2 habits to implement: eating protein at every meal and the circadian clock eating window. It turned out that this allowed me to add another: starting the day with a glass of water.

Unexpectedly, this has had the added benefit of making me feel more refreshed in the morning! There were 9 weeks between me starting the programme and going on holiday, and I lost 4kg in that time.

I can’t wait to experience the long term results.

It’s definitely value for money. I’ve tried a few online programs and though they are great short term, they’re not sustainable unless you have no family to think of, endless funds and time to spend half your week in the kitchen.

I have purchased and downloaded the recipe book to my computer. The recipes and meal ideas look amazing. I have printed the recipe index and the weekly meal planner along with the shopping list to have at hand. The index makes it easy to find a recipe, the meal planner helps me plan meals for the week and the shopping list gives me a list of items I may need to purchase, although most ingredients I already have in my cupboard. Love the layout and pictures and looking forward to trying some delicious meal ideas! Thanks, Wendy I love it!

I’ve purchased the 5 ingredient recipe pack and it was very easy to download and see the recipes.
Love the variety and the recipes and choices are Great!
I have tried several recipes for breaky, lunch and dinner, they were easy and prep time was not so time consuming.
I was looking for recipes that are tasty and with ingredients I can actually have at home or are always part of my shopping list.

Challenge Love

I liked being able to choose which habit to do each day in the Holiday Balance Challenge. I love getting out for morning walks, but when it’s grey and raining I’m not so keen – the challenge made me go anyway.
