Learn to work with your body instead of against it

You’ve been through menopause, and come out the other side.

So what now?

Post-menopause isn’t the beginning of decline.
It’s a new baseline.

Hormone patterns have shifted — that’s true.

And when you understand how your body works now, you can support it properly.

The old diet rules were built for a different stage of life.
You’ve moved past that.

This stage deserves an approach that supports strength, energy, and healthy ageing.

It’s not about getting back to what was —
it’s about learning how to thrive in the body you have now.

Wendy saying "welcome"

Hi, I’m Wendy.

I work exclusively with post-menopausal women who are ready to work in tune with their bodies — and build strength, energy, and confidence for the years ahead.

After menopause, I found myself surprised by changes I hadn’t expected — weight gain, shifts in body composition, and my usual strategies weren’t working the same way.

Not because I’d stopped taking care of myself. But because physiology shifts.

Hormones settle into a new baseline. Recovery changes. Muscle matters more. Stress hits differently.

That experience led me to study menopause more deeply and I noticed that post-menopausal women weren’t being properly supported in the health space.

So I created my programs specifically for this stage of life: grounded in physiology, and focused on strength, nourishment, and habits that support healthy ageing.

Read The Story Behind Wendy’s Way if you’d like to know more about my personal journey.

I really appreciate Wendy’s style of coaching because she gets it – especially the experience so many women have of battling our bodies for years. She makes it clear that the system is broken, not me. That in itself is healing.

What stands out most is how grounded and unshakeable she is. When I fall into old patterns – like making excuses or feeling stuck in blame – she acknowledges it with compassion, but doesn’t get pulled in.

Her approach to food and wellbeing is refreshingly down-to-earth – it’s not complicated or overwhelming, just part of living a good life. And she adapts her ideas based on where I am in my own journey.

What Does Working with me Look Like?

For some women, it begins with the 3-Week Nutrition Makeover — a simple, structured way to step out of diet thinking and start working in tune with your body.

It’s a downloadable PDF collection.

For others, it’s ongoing support inside the Better Than Ever Collective, where we focus on nourishment, strength, recovery, and habits that support healthy ageing — with coaching, regular check-ins, and the reassurance of not doing it alone.

Both are designed specifically for post-menopausal women.

And both are built to support the long game

Not Sure Where to Start?

If you’re feeling unsure about what to change first, breakfast is the best place to start.

After menopause, not eating enough early in the day can work against you, especially if weight loss is one of your goals.

Under eating affects your energy levels, cravings, and even how your body responds to stress.

The Post-Menopause Breakfast Makeover shows you how to make breakfast feel easy again, with meals that support sustainable weight loss.
