Tips for making these Paddle Pop style popsicles

  • The secret to making irresistible frozen treats is to always keep some peeled & chopped bananas in the freezer.
  • Using chocolate protein powder takes your popsicles to the next level of chocolately goodness. Don’t worry if you don’t have any though – simply use plain or vanilla protein powder and double the amount of cacao powder.
  • For a slighly tangy twist, try using Greek yoghurt, or opt for cream/coconut cream if you prefer sweeter popsicles.
  • You can always add a teaspoon or two extra of honey or maple syrup if you’re making these for kids or anyone with an extra sweet tooth!
  • And when it’s time to enjoy your frozen popsicles, easily remove them from their moulds by running them under hot water for a few seconds.
